JA BizTown

JA BizTownThe Bill Poe Family Junior Achievement Center is a very busy place with youth bustling in 20 student-run businesses. Of course these students are going to need assistance during the day so that they have the best possible experience. This is where YOU come in! Volunteers will work at one JA BizTown business, assisting a group of 4-10 students, help ensure the safety and security of the students, will read and follow the posted business directions and assist students in remaining on-task, will allow the students to do the work and encourage them to do their best, will assist students with their personal checkbook activities on a continuing basis, will assist students with business clean-up at the end of the day, and will, without a doubt, have a great day!

In order to be eligible for the tutoring position, you must be a student who has been awarded Federal Work Study for the current academic year.
